Q. After client install, it says it cannot connect to the server. Why?

1. The server might be down due to a scheduled maintenance or upgrade. Always check notices and upgrades.

2. Maybe you installed the client wrong, try to re-download the client or check it if has the coresponding file size.

3. Always remember to run FunZmu by double clicking FunZmu.exe (auto-update launcher).

4. Check if you have been ip-banned or if you are experiencing connection problems.

 Q. I try to download the client but the transfer stops. Why?

1. Please try to download from a different mirror, we have 4 full working mirrors of the client. We do reccomend using the first, which is hosted on a high dedicated FTP.

2. Make sure you are not experiencing connection problems from your internet provider, or a limitation of files of certain size.

3. Use a download manager such as Internet Download Accelerator, Flashget for your downloads, with resume support.

4. Try downloading with Internet Explorer only and let it download, without interfeering with other programs or downloads.

 Q. I get an error while opening the installation. Why?

1. Your connection might have stopped while downloading and therefore your installation did not download all. Check file size and compare. Even 1 Kb matters in the download.

2. Make sure you do not have any viruses or worms on your computer that might interfeer with .exe files such as our installer.

 Q. What do I need in order to connect to FunZmu?

1. In order to connect to our server, please download our full client located at client download section. No further patch is needed, just download our client, install it and launch FunZmu by double clicking FunZmu.exe in the installed folder.

2. Though we do reccomend using our full client and only our full client, you can connect to our server using our patch located at patch download section and another Season3 Client. However, we are not responsible for any bugs or graphics delays that might interfeer, use our patch on other client at your own risk.

 Q. What if you guys update, do I need to re-download the client again?

1. Not at all. Client download is only once. We do have an auto-updater launcher that will auto-update your client to the latest version everytime you enter FunZmu. No need for you to waste your time downloading updates.

2. Only major upgrades, such as passing from a season to another require a new client, but those updates are only once in 1 year.
